What the form collects
When you contact Lumora, we ask for your name, email, business name, the service you need and a short description. Your current website and timing are optional. Please avoid including sensitive information.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to understand the project and respond to you. Submissions are stored in our enquiry database, provided by Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Security and operational information
The website checks submissions for spam and limits repeated requests. Hosting providers may keep technical access and error logs. We avoid logging the contents of enquiries in application errors.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is kept to handle the conversation and related business records. You can contact smaranreddyd@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Any record that needs to be retained for an applicable obligation will be explained in response.
Cookies and external links
This redesign does not add advertising or analytics cookies. WhatsApp and Instagram links open external services with their own privacy practices. This page does not cover those services.
Concept websites
The portfolio demos use illustrative licensed imagery. Their forms operate locally in the page: they do not submit, save or transmit what you enter. Please use sample details when trying a demo. Real project enquiries belong on Lumora’s contact page.
